CCRC will be offering this 8-week online group session for women who have experienced sexual abuse and/or abuse in an intimate relationship beginning January 18 and running to March 8. It will be held Tuesdays from 1 – 2:30 pm.

Themes for this group will be:

• Getting to know ourselves
• Getting to like ourselves
• Learning better skills for having better relationships.
