We help people living or working in Peterborough City and County and Northumberland County who are facing challenges related to personal well-being, relationships, family issues, parenting, aging, grief and loss, caregiving, separation/divorce, or any form of abuse including elder abuse and domestic violence. How we help

Call our Professional Counselling intake line at 705-743-2272 ext 308, or Toll Free 1-800-274-1611 to speak to our Intake Counsellor and determine if our counselling service is right for you. Our short to mid-term therapy model means most issues are resolved in six to twelve sessions, but depending on demand, there may be a waitlist for services. We are offering a blend of in-person and remote services.
