You can access our Website home page and browse our site without

ONLY if you volunteer it.

Our website enables you to communicate with us. As CCRC wants you
website experience to be informational and resourceful, we have
provided a number of links to third party sites. CCRC assumes no
responsibility for the information practices of sites you are able to
access through our site. We encourage visitors to review each
site's privacy policy before disclosing any personally identifiable

We collect personal data you volunteer on-line through "contact us", or
when you access our programs and services, in order to better meet your
program, service or information needs. If you supply us with your
mailing address, you may receive mailings from us with important
information about CCRC programs and services for which you have
registered, or showed an interest in. You may also receive
periodic mailings from us with information about other CCRC programs
and services that may interest and benefit you. If you do not

you. CCRC staff and volunteers having access to personal data are

may be provided to us through correspondence, program donations, pledge
cards or other forms of communication. Such information may be
recorded for the purpose of administrative processing, receipting a
donation, recognizing a contribution, registering participation in a
program / service or other event, or responding to information requests.
This policy is
binding on all personal information that is provided directly to CCRC
or through generic forms or processes under our auspices.
CCRC will not provide
or share personal information with third parties unless:
a) The person(s) authorize us to share the
information.
b) Sharing the information is necessary to
process a donation, for example to process a credit card
transaction; or
c) We are required by law.
