Employee Assistance Program
CCRC is proud to be a partner in the national network of Family Services Employee Assistance Programs (FSEAP), providing the highest quality of employee assistance services nationwide to over one million employees and their families.
Since 1984, FSEAP Peterborough has addressed the needs of employees and organizations and enhanced workplace health through counselling and credit counselling services. We are proud to be the EAP provider for some of Peterborough's largest employers and take pride in our high standards of service and our strong local presence. We are a non-profit agency, with all our EAP revenues going toward funding our services for the benefit of the local community.
Our EAP counselling and credit counselling services include:
- Short-term individual, couple and family counselling
- Wellness workshops and critical incident stress debriefings, as requested by the employer
- Budgeting and money management strategies, consumer information, debt repayment program
- Community information, consultation and referrals to other treatment programs and support groups
